Children's privacy

Players are aged 8 to 18. Joining requires a club-issued invite code; we collect only what is needed to run training. No ads, no open chat, no sale or marketing use of data. Parents may contact us at any time to review or delete their child's data.

Children under 13 in the US

Before we collect training information about a child under 13 at a US club, we ask a parent for consent on our own signed consent form. The form sets out what we collect, why, who sees it and how long we keep it. The club gives the form to the parent and returns it to us as a scan. The consent is given to ClubDrills, and ClubDrills is responsible for the child's information. To enrol a child, the club enters a first name or nickname, birth year and team, and the child can draw an avatar. Until the signed form arrives, we collect no training, no workouts and no recordings about the child, and the child cannot train in the app.

We keep the scan of the signed form in private storage for as long as the child has an account. Only the club's admins and our staff can open it. When the account is deleted, we erase the child's information and the scan within 7 days, and from backups within 37 days. Only a nameless note that consent was given remains.
